If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and a return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your item.
To start a return, contact jignjubilate@gmail.com–include your order date and number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. If an item is damaged during transit or incorrect item was shipped due to our own error, please submit a returns request. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase--the sooner we know of an issue, the sooner we can make it right!
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Digital products (such as text invitations and printables) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, closeout, final sale items, or gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Refund Payment Processing
We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
