Fun fact—go!

I've bathed with elephants or, should I say, have been bathed by an elephant. I got soaked! And I still have priceless pics from it. I really didn't know what I'd signed up for, but it was a fun and memorable experience.

What do you enjoy doing?

I love being crafty and making art. For me, that can be creating invites, practicing calligraphy, making ‘busy books’ (I donate them to a children’s hospital in Dallas), or cooking a new recipe from Pinterest. I enjoy watching process videos of how people paint, decorate cakes, make earrings, just about anything. Clicking one BTS video becomes a rabbit hole for me, like seriously. It’s fascinating! I also enjoy listening to music. I can listen to R&B all day. 

What’s a song that instantly puts you in a better mood?

Two come to mind, Closer by Goapele and Bad Blood by NAO.

Do you consider yourself a wine expert?

Absolutely not. I have a lot to learn about wine…and beer and spirits. I also have a lot more tasting to do as I’m good for sticking with something I tried and loved.

Speaking of wine, red or white? Light or bold?

A light, refreshing white wine. I'm prone to red wine headaches so there's that.
