How do I redeem a promotion or discount? If you received a discount or promotional code, please enter your code before completing your purchase. At checkout, there will be a field to enter the code. Once your purchase has been made, your discount/promotional code can no longer be applied to your order and refunds cannot be issued for the code.

What if my package was lost or sent to the wrong address? Prior to placing your order, verify the e-mail address and mailing address provided is accurate. Jig & Jubilate will not be responsible for lost packages or any packages sent to the wrong address. If a shipment is lost or stolen, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the mail carrier and submit a claim. 

How do I add a note to seller? When viewing your cart, there will be a ‘SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER’ field to enter text customizations for your digital product.
